Cannot contact the Hotel, We have also tried reaching out via email, trip account - call and message, and calling their contact number. this eventually leads to the cancellation of the booked room since time is of essence last night. They have stated that they have 24/7 customer service but is also unable to contact. Ultimately, we are unable to check in at their hotel last night and have found another hotel that answered our call immediately.

The toilet didn't. Really flush completely other than that it was great and affordable. The hotel staff was great when I had locked myself out of the room. Very Very much in a place where you could walk to a lot of places.

The owner booked my room out to someone else and tried to put in a cheap in sanitary room, then told me he would up grade my room and put me into a room that obviously had been just used for ***…..
They where rude and wouldn’t give a refund,

The place location is good but the amenities are not. If u are a picky person this hotel is not recommended but this is located in the heart of the cityyyyy easy access to places around the city area.
