We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A calm and peaceful hotel right on the beach. The views are amazing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Four Points is a great place to relax at the beach, swim in the unbelievably warm water and take in the surrounding attractions. I will definitely stay at Four Points again. Highly recommend.

We're really grateful for an excellent holiday experience here. The politeness is out of this world. Right from the beginning exchanging emails, organising airport transfer and birthday congratulations. Every enquiry was fulfilled. The check-in was fast and with welcome drinks. The room was complementary upgraded by the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and light. The territory is big and quiet. The swimming pool is huge. The food is delicious and various. But there are some drawbacks: - the restaurant service is too slow (50 min of waiting for the dinner) - the room cleaning is not up to standard (dusty floor and need to ask to refill body wash and shampoo) - there are not umbrellas and only three gazebos on the beach - there are not enough umbrellas at the pool Hope the abovementioned disadvantages will be fixed. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the hotel 👍🏼

Nice hotel, good pool, spacious and comfortable rooms. It's worth spending a couple of days here to unwind, or at least one night if you're visiting the Underground River.

The staff was amazing, helping everywhere they could. The place itself is awesome, and the beach and the wharf being this close is very cool. The pool's tiles are a bit dirsty and aometimes you can see mold between them, that would be nice to get rid of, and even though the place is pretty expensive, kayak or boar or stand-up paddle are for rent for pretty high prices (1000php an hour), and not just free for guests of the hotel like is usual, making my head tilt. Massage prices about 5times the normal rate as well. Strange. It would also be amazing if we could enter the rooms with the room key from the pool side when it's a pool view, but that ship has sailed when they built the place, hah. As i said though, staff auper nice and helpful about anything. Place really nice and cozy. Beach super pretty and sky amazing at night. Recommended for some luxury stays :)

Our accommodation was excellent. The Hotel’s staff was very helpful and friendly. The territory is good. And the hotel located near the perfect beach.

This has been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The hotel is brand new and all the facilities are so beautiful! Nearby there is a village with locals and there are a lot of nice shops and cafes with local cheap food. Very convenient! What strikes you there as well is how good the service is. Everyone is highly competent and sincerely happy. I want to say a BIG thank you to Niki at the reception and Amy in the restaurant. They are so professional and just excel at their jobs. Overall, we had amazing time there.

The first stop of a 10 day break in the Philippines and it did not disappoint. The kids club was amazing for our kids. They both have different needs and it provided for both. The home made ice cream was amazing and defo worth every mouthful. The service for every moment from the second we arrived to the moment we left was top notch.
