You can’t beat the location which is why we have returned several times. The rooms are simple with no frills. This time we were given a room that smelled badly or mold. It made it hard to sleep and in the morning I could see a lot of mold coming through the paint in the ceiling and a lot on the walls in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they got us a much better room a few hrs lately. The staff is great, and the pool is nice and family friendly. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also great.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 stars as listed. It is very noisy, does not offer lotion not conditioner in the bathroom. The rooms barebones and the mattress very hard.i was told that this hotel does not offer any rooms with a king bed that has any kind of view…
Very conveniently located in the heart of the Zona Romantica where you can walk just about anywhere and it has its own private beach a big plus. The service on the beach was impeccable.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, things just felt off. The hotel conditions were below average — definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even more frustrating.
The so-called “all-inclusive” package was anything but. We kept running into unexpected charges, and it felt like more of a gimmick than a perk. To top it off, our room keys kept deactivating, and since we were on the fourth floor with a broken elevator, we had to keep going up and down the stairs just to get help at the front desk.
The entertainment was a complete letdown. Instead of a proper sound system or live performances, they played music from a Bluetooth speaker that kept cutting out. When I tried to play some music that others around me were actually enjoying, I was told I couldn’t.
Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. I was expecting a relaxing, fun vacation — instead, I left frustrated and let down. Definitely won’t be returning.

Room AC barely worked. AC leaked onto floor from ceiling and leak behind toilet onto floor in bathroom and rooms keys never worked. Pool was nice but no control over everyone claiming chairs with their towels but never showing up for hours. Nobody regulated it so getting a seat was hard and limited. Staff was nice but the room was below average.

The property was clean and the staff helpful, the thing that we didn't like was the food needs more flavor (salt) and the deserts less sugar
