All-inclusive hotel, all rooms have sea view, perfect for vacation and relaxation. Except it’s a bit expensive, there’s really nothing wrong with it 😀 The Italian and Mexican restaurants for dinner are both delicious.

A beautiful resort. With great restaurant options. However the staff and their professionalism does not deserve five stars. I’ve stayed here for a week and majority of the staff has a very rude or tired attitude. This also refers to restaurant/dining experience, making restaurant reservations, spa booking/experience, and booking cabanas. Everything is unorganized nor are they accommodating when it comes to acknowledging their mistake. I would never stay here again. For an all inclusive resort, where you also pay for extra services and accommodations, you end up handling it all on your own with a bad attitude served

Loved the staff and their attentive service. Did not appreciate the lack of communication at the time of booking that the swim-up floor rooms were right next to the construction. There were times where construction debris fell into our swim-up pool.

For All inclusive - food was okay; drinks were weak. No restaurants or activities within walking distance. Sports bar was good.

Located all alone on a beautiful cove. The restaurants, lobby and rooms are very close to the ocean so you feel immersed in the ocean experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the ocean roar is loud for better or for worse. Nice relaxed vibe.. no bracelets or towel cards required. Service was very good, especially in the Blaze restaurant. The food was very good and the buffet was spacious, with no line ups for made-to-order omelettes for example. Entertainment was excellent. The location is great because you can easily take a bus or taxi into town. On the other hand you can’t really explore the general vicinity by foot because the beach has a barrier at both ends and the highway is much too narrow for safe walking.

I did enjoy my stay. The Hyatt Ziva staff were amazing with the exception of the front desk, they weren’t as welcoming and never did a walk through of what the hotel had to offer. The inconvenience about it was if you were at the beach lounging you couldn’t order drinks you had to go to the bar and order drinks also lunch was an inconvenience having to leave the beach or your area of lounging to go to restaurant to sit down to have lunch or take out. Lastly, my boys and I got food poisoning on our last day it was the worse experience of our lives.
