"My family and I went to visit Puerto varas last week. It is a beautiful and picturesque town. But, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were told to leave all our bags and belongings while we were going to visit the town. We were told by the driver of the tour to leave everything since it was a safe and tranquil place. We were not able to check in at the hotel as the driver recommended. It was for our sad and upsetting surprise that $800 were taken from our book bags. Nobody gave us an answer after we had called the tour company, the driver and the hotel. In summery, DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY AT THIS HOTEL!! And I will recommend to stay in another place. There are many more pretty, clean and trustworthy hotel in the town. I don’t recommend. Be careful !! "

"We really liked this hotel. Stayed for 4 days. The stand out was the staff especially Florencia and Nicolas but really also everyone we encountered. The hotel architecture is interesting - the basic structure which you can see being cleverly complimented by interior design. Each room has a lake view which is spectacular. The food is also excellent with great views from the dining area. Outside seating area also v nice. Two possible improvements: stronger wifi and fly screens on the opening doors/windows in the room as flies/mosquitos can and do come in - although the ac is v good. Overall however excellent and well managed."

The lake is just a few meters away and is easily accessible by a walk with garden. The only thing that did not accompany the cabin hierarchy was the attention of a lady of administration who responded antipatically to us when we asked for towels."

"The domes are simply beautiful, clean and surrounded by trees and vegetation. However, during our stay it was not satisfactory because the tenant began to add conditions that were not stated in their terms and conditions. For example, you cannot invite anyone with an agenda to the premises, and they lock the exit gate with a padlock at night, which makes it difficult to leave even for emergencies."
