New and well designed and furnished hotel nearer to airport. Complimentary hotel transport to Kuta town great. Easy transfer to airport done at concierge. Grounds not matured enough to be shady. Nice walk to Bt Seger for panoramic view of bay and surroundings. Good food and service at restaurant.

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. Good breakfast spread and very clean and modern hotel . Beach is very big however really hot in the morning with not much shade. After 4pm is good to sit at the beach area.

The bed was out of this world, so comfy. Breakfast and dinner at Aer was the best. However, the bathtub and sink in the toilet have a lot of stains. View from the room was exceptional.

The hotel environment is amazing. My friend was injured badly so that very hardly to move. The hotel staff are very helpful. Especially the front desk agent Adi, he replied my requests and resolved our problems perfectly and efficiently.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively.
Will recommend to friends.

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are good and clean. The shower does not drain well.
The staff took us out of the pool because they need to take some pictures. I would have appreciate if they, at least, had compensated us somehow.
The location is far from the cita but the beach in front of the hotel is awesome.

The room was very comfortable, with a spacious shower room and bathtub, ample amenities, and a powerful hair dryer.
The restaurant gets quite crowded at breakfast time, so I recommend going early (8am).
It was also great to have a large pool and beach just outside the room.
They provided children's items for us to borrow at the pool, so we were able to enjoy ourselves for a long time.

I stayed here for one night after visiting Gili Trawangan Island. My flight was at 11am the next morning, but it was a good 30-minute drive to the airport. The hotel was relatively new and comfortable. Since I was only staying one night, I stayed at the hotel the whole time, feeling like I was at a resort, and was able to relax. I ate at the seafood restaurant, which was reasonably priced and very delicious. It's perfect for staying overnight after using the airport the next day.
