This is a harder review to make in my 71-country visits. Arriving at the hotel, I was buzzed-in to the property's foyer only to discover I would need to use the lift to go one floor up to reception. I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. At breakfast the next morning, I was cheerfully-greeted by the breakfast staff who showed me their offerings. I found the 5 breakfasts consumed there to be great but short of excellent given the absence of eggs other than cold, hard-boiled in addition to bacon or sausage not being offered. Simple additions such as these would go a long way in accommodating Western-country visitors. My room was spotless & the housekeeping staff were excellent and very attentive! Now, to comment on the overwhelming negative issue that caused the most disruption & grief for me; the incredible lack of English-speaking staff save for one male receptionist. Whether it was asking a question about the pool or asking for a taxi or inquiring about a tour or a query about attractions nearby, EVERY conversation was exhausting save for the male receptionist whom I only saw/had interaction with once during my 6-day stay. Each dining/reception staff member tried their hardest, often apologizing. I'd stay here again if more English was spoken. ALL staff were great and I recommend this hotel if English isn't an issue! BTW, hotel is NOT near Cagliari. It's far South in Pula.

Ho passato solo una notte presso questa struttura , molto professionale il ricevimento all’arrivo, la camera pulita , si affaccia su un piccolo patio molto comodo, La camera è arredata in modo piacevole. La struttura è dotata di tutte le comodità nel rispetto delle regole dell’hotelleria, ambienti accoglienti, pulizia impeccabile, molto attenti alle esigenza del cliente, Le camere ben insonorizzate, il bagno ampio e ricco dei kit di cortesia, così come la camera da letto dotata di frigo bar , cassaforte digitale , e ottimo impianto di climatizzazione.la colazione buona a buffet, l’addetto alla caffetteria molto professionale. il rapporto costo qualità buono.

Apprezzabile l’idea di camuffare la location ingenerosa con parapetti e luci capaci di nascondere che il locale affaccia sul parcheggio di un supermercato, a ridosso della statale 195. Tutti gli sforzi per dare una parvenza di lusso, classe e ricercatezza si perdono nei dettagli. È stata la prima volta, per noi, che in un locale in cui era stato segnalato in fase di prenotazione la presenza di un bambino di due anni non sia stato conteggiato come posto a tavola ma abbiano preparato un seggiolone con ripiano in plastica da tenere di fianco alla tavolata. Il problema per nostra fortuna si è risolto da solo perché il bambino si è addormentato sul suo passeggino. Abbiamo ordinato le pizze speciali proposte nel menu e una non potevano farla per mancanza di ingredienti, quella che porta il nome del locale è stata modificata per lo stesso motivo. Almeno era buona. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, le cameriere sono tanto carine e gentili, anche se palesemente inesperte e impiegate stagionalmente. Un locale che si propone come stellato dovrebbe avere soprattutto un team di professionisti. Il tocco di classe? Cartone per la doggy bag, salse e condimenti a marchio Conad, casomai qualcuno si fosse dimenticato che si sta mangiando sul tetto di un supermarket circondato da cemento. Di classe, no? Tutto sommato si mangia bene e si gode di una serata tranquilla, ma non è il posto elegante che credono di essere.

Buona pizza a Pula, leggermente più “alta” di quelle mangiate in altri locali. Noi optiamo per la pinsa e devo dire che la scelta è stata giusta, buono l’impasto e gli ingredienti. Il locale non mi ha convinto molto, si trova sulla terrazza di un hotel che a sua volta è sopra un supermercato. Servizio buono.

Hotel in posizione un po' fuori dal paese, vicino a un supermercato. Bisogna dire che le 4 stelle sono meritate per le belle camere e l'ottima colazione a buffet. C'è anche una pizzeria al terzo piano con annessa piccola piscina dove si può stare durante il giorno. Servizio di buon livello. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta. Nei pressi il parco archeologico di Nora. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, 15 jours en Sardaigne 4 hôtels celui ci a été la pire expérience. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel est construit au dessus d’un supermarché et qu’au dessu des chambres se trouve une pizzeria (ouverte au public ) donc à 1 h du matin vous entendez les bruits des assiettes claquées ( chambre 113 ). Les 2 dernières nuits on a changé de chambre mais la VMC fait énormément de bruit’ chambre en face de la réception donc vous entendez les va et viens des valises. Bref très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, cela n’enlève en rien la gentillesse du personnel mais je ne comprends pas le but de construire un hôtel en sandwich entre un hypermarché et une pizzeria le but d’un hôtel est tout de même de dormir! Tarif 780€ pour 4 nuits à compter les moutons qui ne viendront jamais je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Bella struttura, ottima pulizia, staff gentilissimo, posizione centralissima, stanza piccola ma con terrazzina e dotata di tutti i confort essenziali. Carina l'idea del set beauty e le ciabatte monouso incluse. Piscina al secondo piano bella ma un pò piccola. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

Posto carino e servizio attento ma la pizza non era davvero niente di particolare. L'avevo scelto per le tante recensioni positive ma devo dire la verità sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dalla qualità degli ingredienti e dal tipo di pizza in generale.
