我十分開心，酒店的環境非常好，面朝大海空氣非常好
衞生：房間非常的乾淨整齊，並且有送給我們紅酒，氣泡水，水果和點心，簡直讓我們非常開
設施：酒店有晚上的海水恆温室內游泳池特別好
唯一的缺點就是我漏了一份化粧品和化粧包，在浴室裏麪，離開酒店當天晚上發現了以後，第二天一早就跟酒店聯繫兩天以後他們仍然沒有回覆email好像都不想管一樣，我覺得這種服務態度很不對人如果丟了東西，希望你們儘快處理，儘快儘快遞的話，你們一直沒有反應，這是非常令人反感的。難道客人不住酒店了已經離開酒店了客人的東西丟在酒店了沒有產生業績和營業額了，員工就不用管了嗎？我們總共打了四次電話，現在已經過去48個小時了，仍然沒有我們的email，也沒有解決這個事情的態度

酒店將我們安排在副樓，副樓須要走出主樓大堂再經樓梯才能到達（我們幾件行李都重，上落極麻煩），我們已經是幾個月前訂房，是否經trip.con訂房會成為二等客人？或是酒店歧視中國人？這個沒法求証，因為我不會再住這間酒店。我們曾嘗試要求𨍭回主樓，但女服務員只冷淡地說主樓已滿，無能為力！
而房間的露台，一打開玻璃門行出去已經見到蜘蛛網，其他衛生情況都滿意。

酒店位置不錯，自然環境很好，但是，沒有服務和管理。1、沒有無障礙通道，箱子進樓很麻煩，全靠人提上樓梯。2、沒有專門停車場，在一個公園裡，客人和其他來玩海的客人搶位置。3、因為在公園，所以下午交通很堵。4、早餐特別好。豐盛還每天要換菜式。
