This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, for multiple reasons. We booked the wrong date and were marked as a no-show without being informed. The hotel asked us to cancel and rebook directly for the same dates (2 of the 3 nights we’d already paid), then charged us double even though the room was still available. They refused to help or refund anything. The food is also extremely overpriced – nearly double the price of other restaurants on the island. If you do stay here, I would strongly suggest you avoid eating at the restaurant. The hotel itself is very old and urgently needs renovation. It’s dirty, with trash around the property that no one bothers to pick up. The room and bathroom lacked basic furniture, and no one came to clean for the entire stay. To top it off, during checkout we simply asked if someone could help us take our luggage from the room, and they even wanted to charge extra for that – a basic service every hotel offers for free. The only positive is the beachfront location (though you can’t see the sunset in this part of the island), which makes it even sadder that they are not putting in the effort to make this place better. We left very disappointed in the management. We booked late and this was the only place available – now we understand why.

Hotel is placed at the most beautiful part of the beach. Staff is very kind and polite. Bathroom has hot water pumps which is very convenient.
