Residence Inn Pullman

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Employees were helpful and friendly. The coffee was the only thing that could be a little bit better.

Room was large enough for our family. Breakfast is good and hotel is overall in good shape. Great location for graduation event, but since it was packed, the parking lot filled up.

Great location for a short or long stay. Clean, safe, walkable location. Just a 10 minute walk to WSU campus. Pool, hot tub, large laundry facility. Our room had 2 comfortable queen beds, a sofa bed and a kitchen with dishes, pans, toaster, microwave, and full sized apt refrigerator. Good breakfast buffet each morning. Large stylish lobby seating and gathering area. We were here for 6 days and it was wonderful to have so much room to spread out. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Some hotel stays are just a place to sleep. This one felt more like a home base with a team that actually cared how our weekend played out. We stayed at the Residence Inn in Pullman while visiting our daughter at WSU, and this was easily our favorite stay so far. We’ve tried a few spots in town over the years, but this is the first one where we walked away saying, “Yep… this is our place going forward.” Ana set the tone right from the start. From check-in to check-out, she made sure we were taken care of without it ever feeling forced or scripted. It felt like she genuinely wanted our stay to be smooth, and that kind of consistency matters more than anything else when you’re traveling with a full crew. Then Arianna stepped in and absolutely earned MVP honors. The battery in our automated blind gave out, and instead of the usual “we’ll take care of it tomorrow,” she stayed on it until she found a solution that worked that night. No passing it off, no shrugging it away. Just problem solved. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself checked all the boxes too. The pool was clutch for keeping the kids entertained when we weren’t walking campus or playing tour guide. Breakfast was warm, solid, and actually had some variety day to day so it didn’t feel like déjà vu every morning. All in, this place just got it right. Great people, comfortable stay, and a level of care that made the whole trip easier. We’ll be back every visit without hesitation.

$10 charge per night for parking. Need a special card to turn the power on in your room. No trash bags in garbage cans which seems like a terrible idea for a hotel with a kitchen.

Nice complimentary breakfast, decent variety of items. Room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. This is the third or fourth start here, and it is always good.

This is usually my go to place in Pullman when I’m working. I like the fact that they have a kitchen and I usually bring most of my own food. It is very spacious and I did like that. It had a little living room area with a desk that I could work from. They also allow pets and I had brought my dog. It is also located in a great area for me near the college, near the gym near Ferdinand.

The breakfast was OK. It used to be better. Overall, the property is becoming aged from so much wear and tear being in a college town. It is still my go to because it has a small kitchen and it is very convenient for my work.

Breakfast was standard, room was surface clean, floors dirty. Could use a deep cleaning. Wi-Fi good and staff very friendly and accommodating.
