I don’t understand how come they can get hotel status.
It is Motel.
Everything is quite old , also this motel doesn’t smell good.
In one word this is terrible place for staying.

This place was horrible and we did not stay. There was a dead cock roach 🪳 where the food was to be served, the bathroom door was broken and the toilet seat did not fit, the air conditioner did not work ( it was 90’ outside), and there was no ice machine. We were advised to go across the street to buy ice 😳😩. The room smelled bad and we did not stay. Also there was a big hole in the wall beside the bed. This place was terrible.

The property is generally run down. The elevators are in poor condition esthetically and there is a bad odor in them. In the room the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, the caulk in the shower was pulling a way from the tile, the tub was very slow draining, the bath towels were stained, there was a complimentary bottle of hair conditioner, body lotion, no shampoo, no cups in the room, and only one trash can in the bathroom. There was no breakfast , restaurant or bar as advertised. There were always people congregating around the main entrance smoking.The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. After going back and reading the rest of the reviews for this property I shouldn't have expected anything different then what I experienced. I will not being staying at this hotel in the future and I will recommend to my incoming clients not to stay at this property.

This was far and away the worst hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. The front desk host was polite but our room had no lock, no towels, and the light for the bathroom did not work. The toilets and showers were dirty and when we asked for towels and sheets for the pull out bed we were given the key for another room and told to take the sheets off the bed in there and get towels from that room. The toilet in that room still had urine in it. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of cigarettes. I don’t know how there are any good reviews for this hotel and if you are reading them they must be from the franchise owner or people paid to write them because this place is awful on every front. Everyone in the lobby was there to ask for something in their room to be fixed.

There was no trash can in our room, the heater didn’t work, and then I saw a huge roach crawling across the mirror in the morning. Super gross- won’t stay here again

Arrived and the suite room I had booked was not available. They gave me a smaller room which was all they said they had. The front desk stopped me after parking and unloading my vehicle saying the room they gave me was occupied by guest already. They then switched my room again and upon entering it, there were roaches by the door on the wall! They appeared to be crawling in as there was trash bins by the elevator. I went to inform the desk and they stated sorry the room must have not been cleaned. They then gave me another room, which after a through check we ended up staying since me and my fiancé were tired. Im dissatisfied with the hotel as far as cleanliness, orgnaization and it was discomforting but at that time we had no other option. The room we were switched to were not suites nor smoking rooms.

The hotel is being remodeled, they didn't say anything and when we arrived we realized it. The surroundings are dirty. The trash cans in the common areas are full. We had to ask to change our room because the bathtub was dirty and unpainted. The breakfast schedule was different from what was stated at the time of reservation. Since it was later we couldn't have breakfast before leaving. I do not recommend it

This place is the most disgusting Hotel I have ever been in. I made a U turn after entering the room. Roaches came out from everywhere the walls, under the TV, the table and it was awful.... Smoke filled halls, trashy parking lot and trashy all thru out the hotel. Roach infestation, bugs and smoke filled walls, halls and floors, just terrible. Just Nasty Nasty Nasty, please do not waste your time and money here. The manager and front desk person did not give me a hard time when I asked for my money back, once I showed them my pics and video of the roaches attacking our food and luggage. Great location near the airport but not a good place to stay and bring your family. I wish I could give them a ZERO "0" Got to be more careful, check reviews before you buy the deal...

The hotel is minimal but ok. My issues began with the shuttle to airport. The driver said nobody tips him anymore so he ain’t going to help with luggage or wheel chair. He complained the whole time. Then when we called to come back to hotel to get our car, they left us stranded at the airport at 6 pm. We had to get a special car due to wheelchair & the BWI Taxi cab #121 said he would take us for $14 but ended up saying no it’s $50 when we were in car. A nightmare all because of the shuttle service. BEWARE
