AR Suites Fontana Bay - Kalyani Nagar

I had an amazing experience with the hotel and staff. The food was very amazing and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Met with very humble staff member named Harish ji and chandan ji. The hotel is located is a very sweet place. I stayed here for 5 days and didn't feel like home away.

Mr. Harish from this restaurant offered me excellent service and his hospitality is commendable. I am extremely impressed by how well he treats and ***ages every customer. Overall great experience.

I stayed with AR Suites from 3rd January till 17th January at 2 of their properties on a business trip. Property - I AR Fontana Bay (Kalyani Nagar) 3rd Jan 24 - 16th Jan 24 Located in a good neighbourhood this property was easy to find at night hours. Check-in was comfortable and staff was friendly. Special thanks to Akhilesh from housekeeping who always ensured that my stay is comfortable and that I have everything I need. The only complain I had was of noisy guests late at weekend nights possibly drunk and trying to find their way back. Reported this to front desk and they were quick to action and ensure guest safety! Other than that I think staff was fabulous and helpful - whether housekeeping, front desk or security. Some areas of improvement that I can think of: 1) Need for diverse variety in Breakfast. Meals were tasty but the choice of menu was always limited. 2) WiFi connection was intermittent. I’d recommend this property for stay in Pune if your work place is near Yerwada Business Bay! Property - II AR Jewels (Mundhwa) 16th Jan 24 to 17th Jan 24 Be prepared to battle out massive traffic jams if you’re coming from Koregaon Park during evening - The location is not in a convenient spot! The hotel - it’s fabulous! From the moment you enter you get a feeling of walking inside a real niche hotel. Check-in was super easy and the room is luxurious. A considerable improvement in standard from previous AR suite at Fontana Bay. They have a swimming pool and gymnasium which was something I missed and I regret that I won’t be staying more than a night here. The WiFi connectivity is good and security measures are excellent. Some random dude trying to walk-in was immediately stopped by front desk while I was checking-in. Impressive! I wish I was initially booked here because I prefer a gym and swimming pool when on trips but nonetheless both properties have their plus points. I am writing this review as it’s my last night with AR suites and I’ll be terribly busy flying back so I don’t wish to miss out on reviewing this hidden gem in Pune. Final Verdict: A good hotel chain in Pune.

Horrible experience here even before I begin my stay. I kept calling all the numbers provided and nobody cared to pick the phone. One number was in the name of Pawan yadav and his phone was constantly busy for more than an hour. Neither did he call back nor responded. I am therefore certain that none of the reviews here are actually genuine..I would rather prefer to stay away from such a property as it gives negative shoddy vibes due to this incident.

Excellent food service , especially ankith tamta is very friendly and polite person and they have excellent food department team,he cares customer very well and makes food at midnight also after the food service has been closed ,he delivers food very quickly and asks for other helps food is excellent there ,good hospitality good room service ,must try in pune ,highly recommended and thanks jaydeep Ahuja for having wonderful staffs .

Wonderful and appreciative of Akhilesh and Ambika who will go out of their way to ensure that you have a really pleasant stay. The food is also great and the location is top notch. A tranquil and soothing surrounding and ambience

Very nice place with very friendly people, including Harish. Very nice guy. Everything was very good in this place. The local is very easy to find good restaurants and supermarkets. Everything walking distance.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at AR Suites Fontana Bay and would gladly give it 5 stars! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Akhilesh from the housekeeping team was not only friendly but also incredibly prompt and helpful. Ambika from the front desk did an excellent job ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any questions I had. The hotel's ambiance and amenities were fantastic, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The only minor downside for me was the bed mattress, which was a bit too soft for my liking. However, this is a matter of personal preference, and it certainly didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend AR Suites Fontana Bay for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Excellent staff and Maintenance was really Good. Feels like nature around the surrounding environment. And was very hygienic. Akhilesh a member of staff was good. Harish and Pankaj were polite and humble regarding the food section. Thanks to them.. Definitely a go to place to stay.
