Very clean and nice place. Staff is also very friendly. I'm currently staying here and enjoying it.

Our recent one-day staycation at Conrad Pune was another memorable experience, highlighting why this remains one of our favorite local getaways. Check-in & Service Elite Recognition: My Hilton Gold status upgrade was honored seamlessly.Staff: Front desk staff member Akash was highly professional and welcoming. Welcome Drink: The complimentary arrival drink was average and could be improved. Room : Decently spacious with a well-designed washroom featuring a bathtub. Location: Perfect proximity to Koregaon Park, Pune's happening hub. Spa: We indulged in a session at the spa, and it was absolutely excellent. A special shoutout to our masseuses, Tira and Lira, who did an outstanding job.🍳 Food: Breakfast Spread (The Highlight) : This is the main reason we keep returning to Conrad Pune. Massive food selection offers something for every palate. Having visited multiple times, the culinary team never disappoints. Area for Improvement (Constructive Feedback)The hotel hosted a large corporate event during our stay. As a result, most in-house restaurants were completely closed to resident guests. It was disappointing not to receive prior communication about these closures via email or phone before our arrival. Despite the dining restriction, it was a great staycation, and we look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Conrad Pune and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel and its staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for—everything truly felt perfect. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with excellent modern technology, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring we had a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely fantastic with a great variety and quality of options. We also really enjoyed the live music, which created a lovely atmosphere—soothing at times and upbeat at others, depending on the time of day. Overall, the entire experience made us feel very special, and it’s clear that great attention is paid to both service and detail. We would definitely recommend Conrad Pune to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality stay.

Good best excellent stay. We have on business trip but stay at Conrad made it holiday weekend. The food quality n taste very good. The spa gym swimming pool too good. I would like to stay again.

From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Had a really good stay at Conrad Hilton Pune. The room was clean, all amenities worked well, and the restaurants had a great menu with tasty food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the check-in took longer than expected, maybe because of the long weekend rush. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
