Excellent service! Waiter Dhairy, bartender Abhradip Mahata, and Chef Ram Akash were all warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made the experience truly enjoyable.

Overall it's good, room is clean except that I have problem using power plug type G (UK) in the room (unable to plug in). Called for room service to request for a converter or extension, room service promise to call back in 10 minutes but there's no feedback at all then. No iron in the room although there's an iron board. I only found it out last minute, I don't have time to request for it as we are in a rush to prepare to check out. Suggest anyone need an iron to request it beforehand upon check-in to the hotel.
