Breakfast is average. The room is small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Suitable for taking children. There are two large shoppingmalls next to the hotel, where you can go shopping and have a Chinese restaurant. There is a parking lot. That is to say, good 19, why is it still a small room. Both suitcases can't fit.

1. The power system is unstable. 2. Very poor wifi. The login system is cumbersome and it seems that guests are not welcome to use it. The signal is weak and often disconnected. 3. The general phone signal is also very bad. 4. Hotel service and cleaning are all ok.

This hotel is not bad in the front, this price is very cost-effective, but the service is not in place, especially a tall lobby manager sitting next to it, a pair of others owe money and not returning, change the change is not happy.

I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

侯侯Except for the surrounding environment, the others are very good. The hotel's meal is very good, suitable for the public, and not very local. There is also a Japanese restaurant, and the hotel room is also very large. It is a good hotel around.

GGuest UserI am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok jugran
