This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Puno, offering nice rooms and comfortable beds, good and functional bathroom, good, tasty and varried breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, everything was very good and the stay memorable

Very good experience! The hotel was marvelous and very comfortable. The personal of the front desk so friendly and all time nice we recommend the hotel and the location was perfect, very near of plaza de armas and historical downtown. Guadalupe was so kindly with us. Thank you Hacienda Puno.

Rooms are large, asis the bathroom. But don't get excited with the bath, there is no plug so you can only have a shower. Breakfast is quite ok: juices, cold cuts, tasty bread, guacamole, etc. Staff is kind. There is a garage to park your vehicle if needed. Didn't try the restaurant though. It ois just one block from the Plaza de Armas and the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. Wifi ok.

Extremely helpful staff. Care and attention to detail is exceptional. Lovely breakfast and great rooms. Would highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants to be near the centre of Puno but close to lake Titicaca

Best hotel ever! Fabulous customer service, beautiful dining room, wonderful breakfast. Brought oxygen to our room when we had trouble with the high altitude. All-in-all exactly what you want from a hotel whether vacation or business.

Perfect location, down the street from the square with lots of restaurants. Very clean, beds perfect and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff brought oxygen to our room at the time we asked them (6:05 AM). I was looking for a couple of glasses of ice and the restaurant wasn't open yet. 20 minutes later there was a knock at our door and ice was delivered without our asking for delivery. This hotel took customer service to the next level.
