老式酒店，內部配套設施齊全。前台服務人員很熱情，幫忙拿行李，辦理入住很快。房間大小合適，兩個28寸行李箱攤開後也不顯得擁擠。床品乾淨，床墊不硬不軟。衞生間乾濕分開，浴巾很軟和。大堂提供現磨咖啡和小甜品。早餐豐富，蔬菜沙拉很好吃。

很方便的地理位置，離市中心廣場衹有三條街，也能走到企鵝島的碼頭，周圍有一家不錯的中餐館。可是酒店和房間設施有點陳舊，老房子的異味。服務人員很幫忙，雖然英文有點困難。不過相對別的城市，punta areana的酒店選擇實在是一言難盡
