Very slow in finding usa room, when showed up before three pm, the scheduled time of checkin.
Whenarrived just before 3pm, we were not given room. Whilst waited infront of the reception, I notcied that another customer was able to get room instantly.

Spent two nights here and you definitely need to bring/buy bottled water. Out of tap didn't work even with a Brita filter. The hotel's restaurant serves a basic breakfast with limited options. They will fix eggs to order. A late lunch one day was excellent with a generous portion of salmon. It was quiet at night, but also unsure how busy it was during our stay. Small tavern down by the lobby was swinging at night. Imagine with exception of the one large hotel down by the port, most hotels in town are likely similar. Let's be real . . . it's practically the bottom of the world! Slept fine, that's the main thing.

Bad service, I asked to change the room for a double room, paying the difference, I did not receive a favorable response. Very monotonous breakfast, very unfriendly receptionists. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, price of services. VERY EXPENSIVE.

Old hotel, rooms with unpleasant smell, carpets were never vacuumed, the bathroom had fungus and a hair dryer from the 1950s, the breakfast buffet was very basic and the worst was the flies fluttering near the trays with cheese and salami, very bad experience, I don't recommend it.

Horrible hotel, does not provide the services offered, wifi internet does not work, expired mattress, towels with a bad smell, old hairdryer that does not work, a disaster, not recommended at all and they do not provide instant solutions, terrible. The breakfast is scarce and very bad, if you want breakfast earlier to pick up **** before it, they give half of a bill and there is no diversity at all

todos son amables en el hotel, el desayuno podría mejorar pero es decente. lo que si destaco es la limpieza de habitaciones. en mi estancia en este hotel solo hacían la cama y con suerte, no limpiaban los baños ni cambiaban las toallas. eso es lo único malo que le encontré, pero además es un hotel muy bonito y bueno
