Came here to celebrate my birthday my fiancé advised the customer service about it and they said they will bring something to our unit however nothing came. Also the TV was nit working also there’s something dripping in our room. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was good. Was looking forward for my birthday to be memorable but sad to say I was disappointed.

Our room had numerous issues: shower would leak into the bedroom, tv never worked, bad power plugs, fridge haphazardly placed outside of cabinet, A/C could not be adjusted, and more
Furthermore, we had to deal with aggressive selling attempts for the ‘Diamond Club’ as well as other amenities.

One of the most complete and well-organized hotels I have visited, excellent facilities, superior, pleasant services, extremely good food, super special treatment from the collaborators, thanks to Mrs. Anny, very attentive and kind, I give her a 1 million rating for the way she treated me and my wife.

food was terrible ran out of certain items for lunch and dinner, too much solicitation on the property, limited food options , pool was dirty , suppose to be a party resort music was low, had to pay for top shelf liquior they were sell bottles on property, wifi services stop working for all guest , when it rained on night water was in hallways people had to put a towel under the door so water wouldn't come inside room , cat in the hallway of rooms

The app didn’t work for reservations. The food was limited. Very little security; if any. The concierge couldn’t make reservations either so the only food available was the buffet and it was very very limited on meats.

Inconsistency in the staff some were great and I tipped to show appreciation. Some went through the motions didn’t seem motivated. Entertainment was lacking, no foam parties. DJ on Saturday packed up at like 4:30. Guests were friendly and we made our own fun with guest brought Bluetooth speakers but I’d expect more.
The Dominican food options were nasty. I opted for whatever was being cooked fresh on the grill (omelettes, steak, salmon, chicken).
Steakhouse was awful service took forever for our large party of 8. Italian was good though all the red sauce gave me heart burn. Food selections were inconsistent the pool bar wouldn’t have burgers at 1 then would have them at 3pm, weird, similar experience with the sports bar.
