Kitchen and Cooking Prepare meals in the bright kitchen with plenty of room to create any type of meal. Enjoy the quiet Florida room relaxing while overlooking the backyard and canal waters beyond. Garage: One car garage available for guest use. Owners car is parked on one side. Laundry: Comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the garage Charcoal BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
