The swimming pool’s water is cold as the property is built in such a way that there is no sun facing it. The room was old, I won’t stay there again.

Todo excelente. El único detalle es que la piscina es pequeña pero como estamos cerca de la playa no afecta. Nos gustó mucho la estadía y lo vamos a recomendar en nuestra agencia de viajes en Maracaibo. Volveremos pronto familia y con amigos.

Las almohadas de plumas son muy cómodas. El detalle del kit para el café con su cafetera en la habitación, muy importante. Personal muy atento con los huéspedes desde el Gerente hasta la persona que realiza el asea de la habitación. Recomiendo Lido hotel ampliamente con los ojos cerrados.

El personal siempre muy amable, tengo 2 años hospedándome acá por trabajo y siempre han sido muy serviciales. Pero la experiencia en la estadía en esta ocasión fue terrible. El olor a humedad de las habitaciones es insoportable. La red WiFI es la peor de los hoteles de la zona, si vas de trabajo como en mi caso es imposible tener una conexión estable a ninguna hora del día. Nosotros estaremos viajando todos los meses a Pto Fijo pero si la experiencia de estadía no mejora, tendremos que comenzar a buscar otras opciones por políticas de nuestra empresa.

El hotel esta sumamente descuidado. En la estructura externa se nota la falta de mantenimiento. No había frío ni en áreas comunes ni en las 2 habitaciones que tomamos. Llamamos para que el técnico revisara el aire y no fue suficiente. El olor a humedad y cloaca en los entrepisos al igual que en las habitaciones. En el baño falta de limpieza, había hongos en la ducha.
