Mayfair is a very comfortable stay in Puri, away from the crowds yet near enough to the temple. It has its private access to the beach which is very clean, and the pool is brilliant (surrounded with lush green foliage). Rooms are large with massive balconies with nice views. Food is also very good. I will highly recommend this property in Puri !

Average place to stay. Rooms are outdated. Furniture is old and needs serious replacement. Ambience is ok but needs serious upgrade. Pros Private beach, good (sea) view from room are good highlights. Amazing food options. Kids friendly. Cons Travel desk needs serious training. Hotel policies needs to be flexible and hotel friendly (did not allow plates to be taken to room, even for kids). “Andho me kaanha raja” Don’t go for brand. At this price, there must be better options.

We had some amazing food at the tea pot restaurant…they had given amazing services loved it thank u to Mayfair waves for making our stay feel amazing ….we would love to visit again and spend our time in this property …..also the beach is really clean and beautiful

Excellent service, well trained Staff... Food was great.. and Sea as always inviting to dive into. This was my 3rd stay at Mayfair Waves. Loved the Food at 2 States at Mayfair Heritage . Highly recommended..Likely visit soon. Next time you are in Puri, Try Mayfair Waves

As a frequent luxury traveler, I approached my stay at Mayfair Waves with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major letdown. Despite the steep room rates, the quality was anything but premium. From worn-out room features, like barely functional charging plugs, to an uninspired food experience, the promise of luxury was lost. Service was subpar and required consistent follow-ups to meet basic needs—hardly reflective of a high-end establishment. While a kind gesture by Pramod to upgrade me to a better room on the last day offered a stunning beach view and added a glimmer of positivity, it was far too late to salvage the overall experience. Even the mandatory 9 AM checkout left a sour note, disrupting what could have been a restful conclusion. Overall, the hype doesn't justify the cost. True luxury is about more than just aesthetics; it’s about seamless service, attention to detail, and value for money—sadly, Mayfair Waves missed the mark on all counts.

Great stay at Mayfair..helpful staff ,great location near temple.kids enjoyed pool ,ambience is very good , beach is so clean and kids enjoyed so much ..Food was great and especially Saujanya and Ashok were very kind and took good care of all of us ..in all loved it !

The arrangements were too too good. I had to celebrate my son’s 4th bday and Mr. Manoranjan Ji arranged it in a very very good way. He erected a gazebo in the lawn with lights, fans and candle lights. It was an awesome experience all together. Thanks a lot to Manoranjan ji and Ajay ji for all this. It was a memorable bday we will cherish forever.

If you are travelling with kids , then just opt for this , each and every staff makes things so easy and supportive for you . We were having our good time and kids were having there good time , and it became possible due to all the staff support and they made us feel so special
