One of our best stays in Puri. Everything was good....the food, the room, the promptness of services, the housekeeping etc. Food is bit costly, but that's totally expected in a 5 star property. Probably the kid's room can be expanded a bit more. Currently it's suitable for small kids less than 3 years only.

I had a very good experience at Mayfair Heritage Puri, including the rooms, food, and staff behavior. Especially Harsh, who was very friendly, guided us a lot, and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel's location is excellent, with the temple nearby and a private beach.

Very nice hotel. Clean and excellent service. Food was great. Proximity to the beach makes it convenient to spend time on the beach. It is also not too far from temples and other attractions. We enjoyed our three days stay. Thanks to hotel management and staff members

Had visited for lunch. Hotel ambience, staff behaviour, food quality - all phenomenal. Feels good when we are given homely touch when one of the hotel staff - Mrs Namita came and personally addressed us. Will definitely revisit and will definitely suggest to others.

We stayed at deluxe cottage number 113 from 3rd August to 6th August 2024. Listed down the pros and cons that we observed during our stay. Cons: 1) The ceiling fans were dirty. 2) There was a lizard in bathroom. 3) Hair dryer wasn’t working. 4) Bathroom fittings were pretty old and rusted and the bath tub also wasn't clean. 5) There were dirty marks on the bathroom wall. 6) There were spider and other insects inside the room. 7) Food is very very expensive. 8) Electric fittings were coming out of the wall like a badly maintained cheap hotel. Pros: 1) Good food quality. 2) Good service. 3) Have dedicated part of golden beach for their residents. 4) Good ambience. 5) Special thanks to Srinivas for good housekeeping of our room. Being a five star property Mayfair should really improvise on room maintenance and solve above mentioned issues.

We went to the restaurant Two States and tried Odia cuisine (Chathu Besara, Chhena matar, Dalma) which was absolutely wonderful. The service is excellent esp Allaudin babu, Pratap Babu, Jharana, Sudhir- they took great care of all us. Always recommended.

Excellent Indian Food. Was thoroughly satisfied with the taste. Service of Jharna / Sushant / Rishi was par excellence. Very happy with the experience of coming for the first time here. Keep up the good work and maintain the doood quality.👍🏻👌🏻

Although the hotel is expensive everything here is top quality. The food is especially good. I wanted to especially thank Alauddin, Jharna, Pratap, Sushant for their excellent service while in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and the private beach is good too. If you have money to spend, this may be the best hotel in Puri.
