Worst food we have ever had. Tasteless food with no proper spices or cooking. Chef does not know how to cook. Very less variety and no buffet even for dinner. Less items in breakfast and no taste in food.

From the outside, the hotel evokes the magical atmosphere of an ancient royal palace. The garden is very beautiful, lush, but the positive aspects of this hotel end there. The hotel desperately needs maintenance and renovation. Dated tired rooms Unsafe electrics. The bath mat and shower curtain were both stained. Breakfast and dinner are basic and very Indian : all vegetarian and very limited choice.

1. Receptionist wasn’t welcoming upon entry during check-in. He just said sign here..here..here. 2. Walk way from reception entry all the way to the room in side the building all the lights are either completely off or few bulbs on. Very dark place. 3. I didn’t know I have to ask for WiFi password! 4. The room wasn't properly ready. All bathroom dispensers empty of soap, shampoo, conditioner. 5. The toilet jet spray not working properly. 6.No dedicated outlets to charge our phones, I went to ask the receptionist and he said “pull the plug from the lamp to use the outlet” SERIOUSLY?!? 7. The bed seems like it is going to break apart. 8. Restaurant wasn’t ready to serve food during dinner hours. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. And our all inclusive dinner only means food included , which means we had to pay for water! SERIOUSLY? 9. If this Hotel wants to cater to foreigners then this hotel needs some serious international hospitality training and policies set in place. 10. If any foreigner come to this place and give this hotel 4 or 5 stars then they don’t have any idea of hotel standards. I understand not everyone will have the same experience as us, but I hope you might have a better one then we did.

A few touches away from being a really lovely hotel. We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Pros - Quiet location. - Pretty gardens. - Good quality and very reasonably priced food and drink. - Great (although a little too attentive) service. - Very quick to help resolve faulty air conditioning. - Clean. Cons - The lights were off in the public areas which gave it an eerie feeling. Although on visiting the accommodation to the right of the entrance (there are two separate buildings) it felt brighter. - Overly fussy and dark rooms. - General decor and pool facilities in need of updating, particularly the bathroom. If there was music on in the restaurant it would create an atmosphere which was completely lacking. Also it would make a big difference if the table cloths were changed between meals.

We were the ONLY guests in the hotel during our stay with perfect service as the result. We were vastly outnumbered by staff who were friendly and accommodating. Still, things didn’t work that well. WiFi was intermittent in its best moments and electrical, in general, was “iffy”. Staff came in and wired a hair dryer in our room as we arrived. The dining room was attractive, the food less so. It was all veg which can be terrific if well done. Here it was just adequate as was the breakfast. Note that Pushkar is a religious site so alcohol in the city is forbidden (there was a sign in reception advising being caught with it was a criminal offense).

Impressive and beautiful and stately building, clean, beautiful and well-kept rooms. The bathrooms are okay. Had to shower *** in the bathtub. Everything is clean and works. beautiful garden with pool. Lunch buffet and breakfast were very good. Finally a cappuccino made from ground coffee beans. The location is a bit peripheral, *** takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by tuktuk. Conclusion: very beautiful and well-kept majestic hotel. Recommended.

the pictures in the gallery speak for themselves. The Jagat Palace is very tastefully decorated. Both the public area such as the staircase or restaurant as well as the rooms. The same applies to the garden, the reception area or the facade. The building is quietly located on the outskirts of town. The service is very good and the food is also recommended. I thought the heating in the room was great. After all, the nights in January are also very fresh in India. All in all very recommendable

Superb hotel. Truly a palace. Beautiful room and great breakfast.. Beautiful garden and fantastic pool. Very nice staff and employees. A great base to get to know the city better. I was actually going to stay in a sister hotel, but that was being renovated.

Sehr schönes Hotel in altem Stil. Toll her gerichtet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechselungsreich (Frühstück und Abendessen). Wir fühlten uns wie in 1001 Nacht. Der Innenhof und die Wandbemalungen sind wunderschön gestaltet. 100% Empfehlung.
