The lake view room is the top reason for the good review. We happened to be there when there’s a dragon boat race and the drumming started around 7 am. The service in this hotel is unlike the bigger cities, so don’t expect much help with the luggage. There’s nothing much within the vicinity. However a 14-minutes walk will take you to a neighborhood area with many eateries. The hotel is very new and the Toto toilet bowl is my favorite.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with attentive service. The staff were all very friendly, and every visitor to the lobby was greeted. The only downside was the noise level downstairs, especially from the construction site. Even sleeping in was impossible, as I was constantly disturbed. The earplugs provided by the staff were useless, which was a significant negative. Everything else was quite good. Check-in was quick and efficient, the explanation was thorough, and the interior was pleasant. Aside from the noise, everything else was satisfactory, and I give it a good review. Keep up the good work; it's not easy for a new hotel, and I hope it keeps getting better.

The hotel is very new, and the lake view room has a great view. It's just that the lobby was a bit hot when checking in, and it would be better if the air conditioning temperature was lowered. My stay at the Crowne Plaza Putian was a fantastic experience! The front desk was incredibly welcoming. The check-in lady was quick and friendly, and the guy next to her even offered us their signature lychee water, which was refreshing and refreshing. The location is fantastic, with easy access to parking and taxis, and close to attractions. Even the housekeeping staff greeted us and were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was newly built this year, so the facilities are brand new and the equipment is modern. The lake view rooms offer beautiful views, and the hotel's swimming pool, part indoor and part outdoor, with a children's pool, was especially impressive. The children had a blast playing there. The service was excellent, and they even offered ice-cold lychee water upon check-in. The front desk assistant, Xiao Zhou, was quick and attentive, and any items needed in the room were quickly delivered. The only drawback was that the toilet was separate, requiring us to go to the other end of the room to wash our hands after using it.

The lake view and pool are beautiful, making it a perfect vacation getaway.

I inquired about prices and rooms at the front desk, and they responded promptly. Because I wanted a room with a good view, I specifically asked if I could see the room. Luckily, a lake-view room was available so early. After checking in, the view was expansive and the room was spacious. After confirming the room, I booked it immediately. However, due to some confusion, I booked the wrong room type. The front desk lady told me not to worry and that she would adjust it for me. The service was quick, friendly, and courteous. Since I was in a hurry to leave, I left my luggage with the bellhop and even stored my groceries. The service was excellent throughout. When I returned to my room that evening, they even provided fruit, which was a truly impressive experience. One small complaint I have is that the sign at the front desk hit my elbow, even when checking in and out. I think the design is flawed. I'm not the only one who got hit. The guy who checked me out kept apologizing, and I don't blame him. I think the hotel needs to address this. The hotel is very clean!
