Central City Hotel

I am a rather picky traveler and as a rule I try to choose chain hotels. There weren’t any in Pyatigorsk and therefore the choice had to be made solely on the basis of reviews. And I was right. I really didn’t expect that a hotel in the province, which does not indicate its star rating, could surprise me so much. The most significant advantage of the hotel is, of course, the number of rooms. It really deserves a full 5 stars. I lived alone, but I got a room of incredible size with 2 separate beds and huge panoramic windows. The hotel opened recently and all the attributes in the room are still brand new. The room has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay - dishes, various glasses, a full cosmetic set in the bathroom, capsule coffee machine, plasma, various napkins, a stocked minibar, an iron with an ironing board and as many as 2 telephones. As a compliment, 2 chocolates with the hotel logo were waiting for me on the table. Each bed had (attention!) 8 pillows. The room has various lighting options. This is really rare to see when a hotel room has very good lighting. Thus, there are absolutely no questions regarding the equipment and configuration of the room. Breakfast is included in the room rate. You can choose from English, Russian and American breakfasts. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a full-fledged restaurant, so the order is brought directly to your room at a time that is convenient for you. I couldn't find any information on the hotel's website about any additional services, but the hotel does have a small gym with table football and a sauna. The best part is that they were located on the guest floor - literally opposite my room. The design on the guest floors and lobby is simple, but everything is clean and civil. The staff is hospitable and responsive. When checking out, I asked to leave my things at the reception for a couple of days. The request was not refused, for which special thanks go to the staff. In general, the hotel can be safely recommended to absolutely all categories of tourists, because it is really good.

There is no hot water in the hotel in the morning. This is daily!!! From approximately 7.00 to 9.00. The boiler is not working well. Employees know about this, but do not warn. There aren't enough tables for breakfast. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds. That's where the good stuff ends.
