location was good and we stayed at the renovated part of the resort so it was great. but the overall service quality isn't great. reception staffs are not friendly and they even look bothered and annoyed when you have questions.

No bath towels provided, it is more like a long-stay condo hotel than a full service hotel.
The room is clean and with minimialistic design. The public area needs some refreshing, looks like a hotel from the 90s.
Onsen is great, kids friendly, conveniently connected to ski-rental and lifts.
Overall 4 out of 5.

The location is perfect, right at the snow park. The rooms are a bit old. But quite clean.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

The hotel is next to the ski slopes and a 5-10 minute walk to the equipment rental area.
There is a parking lot and bakery CAFE.
There are many restaurants nearby, most of which are Korean BBQ restaurants.

I had a lot of fun taking ski lessons, sledding, and swimming with my two daughters.
I got in quickly thanks to self check-in and check-out,👍
As I was assigned to a room in the Orange building, the road to Snow Village was very long. I had a great time sledding. My second child said it was difficult on the way todayㅜㅜ
For my 4th grade child's first ski lesson, I met a good instructor and learned the basics well^^
I got the room at a cheap price, so it was better than I expected.
I didn't think much of it because it was a place to sleep.
The convenience stores nearby were very good^^
It was a very fulfilling family trip for 3 days and 2 nights.

It was nice that it was spacious and had two bathrooms. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not good. You can hear a lot of noise until late at night haha.
