Service: There is no service. You do not need to check in at the front desk to check in. You will be given a room card after checking your name. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is okay, but no one cleaned the room the next day after staying for two nights. Do I need to inform? Not sure, I can’t understand Korean Facilities: There is a clothes care machine, but there is no washing machine. The toilet is smart, but it's strange that the bathroom doesn't have a door.
