Port Talbot

I've stayed in Premier Inns before without problems, but this time was awful. The room has a weird musty smell. The WiFi is intermittent and mostly non-existent. But worst of all is the bed. Apparently Premier Inns have changed their mattresses. The one they have now especially this room (at least the one in this hotel) is rock hard and completely impossible to sleep on. I'll be checking out after one night of my two-night stay and finding somewhere else to sleep tomorrow.

This place is noisey. There is noise from the pub, music from all directions and cars driving up with sound systems on. Not the normal Premier Inn experience. Pretty much on par for Port Talbot tbh. I barely slept all night. Fine if you want to just have a place to stay, not so much if you want to sleep

My twins and I had a restful stay here and it's only a short drive to the shops and to the beach, so a good location. We couldn't hear the traffic from our room and had the window slightly ajar all night. The beds are super comfy and the pillows just right for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is a good size and the shower great for refreshing oneself after being on the beach or going shopping for the day. We stayed for 3 days and had breakfast in the beefeater opposite, which was excellent. All the staff are friendly and attentive and it's a good choice for a hotel stay near Port Talbot.

I stayed in the Premier Inn back in January and I can’t fault the hotel outstanding. I met a lovely housekeeper. I think she said her name was Claire the most lovely receptionist. I think her name was Claire as well and a lovely housekeeper Taomi

recently stayed here with friends. beds were comfy and cool. room was clean and nice to stay in reception staff were helpful and resturant was good comfy seating. easy to find. good value will definately be returning in the near future. thank you
