A group of us stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is really good, especially when you're having a meeting or convention nearby.
The building and the rooms are all quite dated, but at least the rooms were acceptably clean. Bed was also alright. The building felt like a really old dormitory.
However, something that happened kind of put us off. We checked in and were taking a nap as we were tired. All of a sudden someone opened the door and two other guests came in. We were all of course shocked and apparently the front desk double booked the same room. Went to the front desk, no apologies but just an acknowledgement. At least it was resolved pretty quickly.

Love the heritage of this building, the way that it has been kept.
Rooms are okay, may need to think of updating.
Charging $1 for the coffee pods? Think that is crazy haha. Also, the chlorine for the pool is so strong.

We had a nice studio, fully equiped. Great location, only 5 mín walk to Darling Harbour. Nice and helpful staffs.

We arrived at the hotel to find out that only one suite was available - we booked two. It was blamed on Trip website. Anyway they offered a refund for the second suite and offered to make a sofa bed in the first one with an extra cost. They also offered a late check-out as complimentary which was nice. However, the aircon did not seem to work in the bedroom. The location, whilst a pretty central one, might be a bit inaccessible. Only recommend this for business travellers just looking to sleep somewhere rather than a nice stay.

The hotel is bit old but the price is reasonable, location is good too. I will definitely come back.

We had nice days at the hotel, the staff was great and helpful! Specially if you are staying more days the facilities are perfect (kitchen with dishwasher, laundry machine and all you need specially if you have small kids). Our room was very spacious with separate bedroom, living room and restroom. The swimming pool opens until late so is very nice to relax after a long tourism day.

concierge guy (indian) was just scrolling in his phone and would not even assist nor answer basic questions, everything is pointed at the front desk people
the apartment is spacious, and clean, has a charming character being a very old building.
the airconditioning unit of the apartment is bot working. so its hot. reported this to front desk for action but nothing happened.
the range hood in the kitchen is not working as well.
