It was my first time to Ulanqab. I chose this hotel because I usually have the habit of swimming. After checking in, the overall experience was beyond my expectations. I thought that the room, which was renovated in 2013, would be a bit old-fashioned. But I didn't feel that way when I actually checked in and saw the room. Everything was very good. Many details were done very well. The hot water was boiled in advance. The arrangements in advance at the head of the bed were also very detailed and heartwarming. I went swimming the next morning. Since it was not Saturday or Sunday and I was the only one there, the overall itinerary made me feel that the swimming experience was a special plus. I especially want to thank Sister Zhang from the swimming pool. I must give her a good review. She provided guidance and companionship throughout the whole process. After swimming, she prepared a bath towel very considerately and even prepared a portion of fruit. This was a surprise. It made me feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the service. I rarely write reviews. I am very grateful to Sister Zhang from the swimming department for this experience. I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Ulanqab. I hope the hotel can increase the salary of such hard-working employees with good service attitudes. Haha

I came here during the Qingming Festival, and the occupancy rate was not very high. The parent-child room was quite large, the facilities were good, and the service was pretty good. In addition, the breakfast was very satisfactory. The accommodation experience was very good.

I stay here every time I come to Ulanqab. Maybe I'm used to it. Everything is good. They also sent fruits when I was swimming. They were very considerate. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied. The charging piles at the entrance of the hotel are all fast charging. It is recommended that the hotel arrange security to strengthen the management of charging parking spaces and not allow fuel vehicles to park.
