訂房間的時候雖然是特價房，但是什麼特別的地方都沒寫明，包括我到了大堂開房間，服務員也沒有説任何與房間相關的事情！直到我打開房門的一瞬間，傻了眼，房間裏面有電梯，還在用的電梯，真的是離了個大譜，活了這麼久第一次見房間裏有升降梯的，給前台打電話，前台有點不耐煩説給我們退，拜託，你們酒店離市區半個多小時的路程你一句退，我們去露宿街頭嗎，最後衹能要求去哪兒平台來進行協商！奉勸大家一句，別選他們家吧，環境雖然不錯，但是什麼服務都沒有

本來不想寫差評的，早上退房的時候和前台反應了情況。沒有任何的不好意思以及説法所以才寫差評的。這也是我第一次寫差評，真的太差了。我訂的是一個套房帶着長者孩子，結果到房間，房間衞生間的反味超級嚴重，進到房間就想嘔吐。一晚上一千一點都不值這個價，長者孩子一整晚都沒有睡好，小朋友一直在説難受😭😭一點都不建議入住

沒有熱水，沒有空調，有個加熱氣控制板一晚也暖不了，不過前台可以給加被子，可能花費在裝修了吧，環境挺好，冬季不宜入住。

酒店在昌都經開區，去機場和邦達相對近一些。服務沒得説，很規範，我們因為第二天要趕路，來不及吃早飯，前台還主動提供路早，這個細節很贊。當然也有不足，就是房間有點味道。總體瑕不掩瑜吧

總體的環境非常不錯 房間也是智能的 就要注意，不能用電太厲害 會跳閘 在洗澡的時候，燈突然全部暗掉也很尷尬

服務、衞生、飯菜、內部設施都很不錯，就是房子蓋的薄了點，住高層半夜三更竟然能被外邊的吵鬧聲所驚擾，後來又被熱情的換了一間房子，看來這很難改變，我説多了。
