Staff were friendly and happy to resolve problems, not of the hotel’s making. The Internet was a bit haphazard to start with, but the provider finally got it working. Good selection of food, with a dedicated omelet chef. Having a bridge walkway to access the beach from the hotel saved negotiating the road.

We have booked deluxe room all inclusive, when we arrived we got just standard room (they asked to pay 20 eur for early check in), when we entered to the room it was just standard with no balcony. Then we went to reception to say that we have deluxe room and reception guy said that they didnt’t know. How come they dont know which rooms are booked? Ok they changed for deluxe. Other problem, all inclusive package: when I ordered trip from the company it was not mentioned that we will have to pay extra for drinks, excatly for wine. On the beach and next to the swimming pool in the bars they have only beers, vodka, tekila… im traveling not first time in my life so I know that all inclusive should be wine as well! When you ask for beer, they pour beer to the small glass, when i ask for bottle they say no. So i paid money for all incl, and now we have this problems? If I knew it would be in this hotel would never book this one! Food: we already had dinner, breakfast - is horrible! No choice, nothing. We met other lithuanian tourists in this hotel they said also that they have all incl and they are eating in mcdonalds because all week food is the same! Room: beds are broken, when you sleep you feel that you are in the hole because mattrass seems old and broken. When you have all inclusive package at 4* hotel especially in Egypt they should provide bottles of water to the room every day for free. Why we have to pay even for water?

I like this hotel very nice hotel and very kind staff all hotel very clean house keeping very nice manger for housekeeping name hussin very good person really and he helped us and all people there and we will come back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍

بجد بجد اجمل فندق انا نزلت فيه، روعه روعه في كل حاجه، شكل الفندق و والغرف و الاكل و والشرب ، وبالأخص احب اشكر مستر /بسام محمد بجد انسان قمه في الاحترام والذوق وكمان الشيف العمومي ، بجد شكرا علي احلي اجازه قضتها أخوكم/ مايكل Seriously, seriously, the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. It is amazing in everything, the shape of the hotel, the rooms, the food and the drinks. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Bassam Mohamed. Seriously, he is a person of the highest respect and taste, and also the general chef. Seriously, thank you for the best vacation she has ever spent. Michael

Me and my Family enjoyed staying for 4 nights, thanks to the Front Office Manager to upgrade my booking. Everything was nice, the pool the Beach the meals. I will visit it again. The only thing need to take care is to have Kids activities, shows during evening Parties, as for the 4 nights we did not saw anything that is why i had to take y family outside to the City.
