Jaz Maraya Resort - All Inclusive

Jaz Elite Maraya is located together with several other hotels in one big compound called Coraya City where all guests can freely walk around. It’s an amazing family friendly place with stunning views, helpful staff and very good food and drinks. I specifically recommend the Spiced Pear G&T. Two snorkeling stations nearby and two main pools with different water temperature (first week of Nov) so everyone can find their perfect swimming conditions. The Coraya waterpark with multiple slides was a great adventure for the whole family. I really hope to come back one day.

We stayed for one week at Jaz Elite Maraya as a family of seven. We had three rooms in total, two standard rooms and one suite with a private pool and sea view. Check-in & Lobby: The welcome at the lobby was friendly and check-in was very fast, which we really appreciated. The entrance area is modern and open..quite beautiful but unfortunately there’s no air conditioning or fans, which made it quite warm during the day. Rooms: Our standard rooms were located next to the kids’ pool and were always very clean with lovely bathrooms. We especially liked the large refillable shampoo and shower gel tubes, such a smart and eco-friendly idea! Food: The food was varied and tasty with something new every day. The butter rice and falafel were delicious, and the eclairs at dessert time were delicious, European standard. Kids’ Pool: The children’s pool was always spotless. The young man who cleaned it daily was extremely reliable and always helped us with towels and sunbeds. Another young waiter who served drinks by the pool was one of the most attentive and polite staff members we met. He remembered our drink orders and brought them without us even asking, truly a 10/10 employee! Medical Assistance: Unfortunately, our child developed a fever, so we needed to see the doctor. It was very convenient that the doctor was located inside the hotel. ‍⚕️Dr. Ahmed Elemam was extremely kind and attentive, really listening to our needs. His assistant Mr. Muhammad placed an IV perfectly on the first try, our child hardly noticed. Excellent work! The doctor even followed up the next day to ask how our child was doing, which we appreciated so much. However, we were shocked by the price – over €1000 for a blood test, IV, and pain medication (which, of course, is not the doctor’s fault). Payment was handled easily through an online link. Room Service: That same evening, our son still had no appetite, so around 9–10 PM I ordered food to the room. Radwan, a tall and friendly staff member, brought it quickly. He was exceptionally kind and stood out for his polite and warm personality. Beach: The hotel beach is a very small bay with a few umbrellas, not the best for swimming, especially because of the tides. ⚠️ Important: As a diver and ocean lover, I strongly recommend that the hotel informs all guests not to step on the coral reef many people simply don’t realize how fragile it is! We were told we could visit the beach at Jaz Neo Reef Marsa, but when we went around 10 AM, they said there were no available sunbeds. We politely said we might find a free spot and quietly set up three loungers against a wall, not disturbing anyone. After a short snorkeling session, a staff member rudely told my mother we had to leave, which led to a small argument, our 6-month-old baby was even sleeping at the time. The manager, Ahmad, came and insisted we leave. We’ve never experienced such a lack of empathy at any hotel before, really disappointing and unnecessary. Departure: One day b

It was really fun, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, I couldn't choose because there was so much delicious food, I quickly filled up, and the pool was great for exercising together. I would definitely come back again.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The food was the best in the world, the service was excellent, and everything was perfectly clean. The pools were fantastic, offering lots of fun and relaxation. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided regularly. The drinks and beverages were also very good and refreshing. At the reception, Abd Allah was always there to help us with kindness and professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The best holiday we ever had. Great hotel, very nice stuff - everybody smiling and ready to help, perfect meals, nice and comfy rooms.
