Nice new hotel but the staff doesn't follow the food is good but not extraordinary the reception staff doesn't understand what you are asking for the bed in the room (junior suite) be careful of the sharp corner of the bed I hurt my leg!! In short the price is too high for what you get. The JAZ AMARA IS MUCH BETTER IN EVERY WAY!

The hotel is amazing,food is great,large variety of drinks, design super attractive and modern, minimalistic. But the highlight is the team working at the hotel, the friendliest people, so caring and funny, especially the animation team, Lucie is an absolute sweetheart! Love it, we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Egypt. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the location near the beach was perfect for relaxing. The pool area was well-maintained and ideal for families. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Egypt!

We are having a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. The staff are always kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food is fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The beach is absolutely stunning, with clear water and great snorkeling spots. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. We definitely want to come back again!
