This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered in my travel career. The main reason is that the attitude of the hotel's front desk and manager is too bad. It involves discriminating against Chinese people and treating guests very rudely. They can no longer express their kind of expressions. I do not recommend it to Chinese people at all. Go check in. Objectively speaking, this hotel should be removed from the market. Although the final result was not good and I booked another hotel, I am very grateful to the Ctrip platform for working very hard to help communicate!

A great place if you really want to relax. A small hotel complex with a family atmosphere, helpful staff and an amazing coral reef. The equipment of the rooms is older but sufficient. The garden around the hotel is really beautiful and maintained every day. As for the food, I would have liked more choices for vegetarians, but I always chose. We spent 2 weeks here and really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

Thank you to all the staff for a peaceful and fantastic holiday. Special thanks to the organizers of the trip to Wadi Gemal. The overall service was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I really appreciate the professional approach of Mr.Sheriff, reception staff. We will definitely come back next year and we are already looking forward to the excellent cuisine, the beautiful garden and, last but not least, the wonderful peace that this hotel offers. Bellissima vacanza a beautiful week with my family and with my friends!!!! Fantastic resort, sea and beach. The bridge is wow useful to jump in the sea!!! The food is very good and also all the person in the bar!!! Thanks to all

one of the best hotel what we found thru decades of traveling thru egypt. perfect reef and lagoons for snorchlers and divers, big fishes and white tip reef sharks. amazing garden team keeps hotel area green, clean and colourful. really friendly crew WITHOUT any asking for bakshish. this year was food at perfect level, really tasteful. hotel is not equipped for small childrens and people who cannot swim. non alcohol soft inclusive. who wants to all day drink alcohol and stay in the restaurant, this is not right place. duty managers are really seeking to do the best for everyone in the hotel. only minus is far position 3hours of driving from marsa alam airport

This hotel is very beautiful quiet and every body kindly specialy Omar Khaled in the reception he more helpful and so kind and always smiling. Hotel have beautiful garden and reef also in the restaurant everybody were efficient and always smiling

Perfect, clear sea with beautiful fish, good food with many opinions, really nice servise, not so many people and good for relax. You can play table tennis, football and many others games without paying any tax, clean pool wich is perfect for swimming.

The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily by the friendly personnel. The gardens are beautiful and are under detailed care. On arrival (private driver can be sent by the hotel), reception team (Omar, Mustafa) is taking care of your individual needs.

I found reception good and the site fine. It is a good place for relaxe. Garden is beautiful and all the staff and the reception is more kindly and helpful expecially Omar Khaled and Moustafa Shalaby. The reef is beautiful and there are a lot of fishes with more colorful i love it Thanks a lot omar khaled
