Gemma Resort

I went to Gemma resort for second time this year because last year I enjoyed it very well. Everyone was very friendly here especially the barman, i wanted to thank Mahmoud because he took care of us last year at bar Maia and he was wonderfull, he was funny and friendly , i had stomach problems and he made me some special tea that helped me , he really likes his job and everyone can see it , even when it’s hard he smiles at everyone and always makes jokes and makes people laugh, he also makes amazing drinks especially mojito. I missed him at bar Maia this year. I like everything about Gemma resort, every person you met there is amazing, helpful, takes care of you and is there for you. So the stuff at Gemma is amazing. The food is also really great i think that everyone will find what he’s looking for. From pizza to pasta to meat, desserts, fruit, vegetable everything. Even when youre not feeling well you will find something to eat. We always spent time at the upper relax pool and the lifeguards really take care of the realx zone, they doesnt let the kids in, they doesnt let people throwing with ball there etc. so people can really enjoy the piece and calm atmosphere. At night there is always some program for example amazing fire show prom Sosta, amazing kids program for the little ones and many other, every night you will be entertained by animators who do amazing job! I also loved how people take care of cleaning our room and made funny animals from towels it was always highlight of my day!!

The resort is very nice, the food is varied and delicious, the pools are great. Even though there isn't much coral underwater, there is always something to look at in the sea thanks to the many types of fish. There are plenty of sunbeds everywhere. The accommodation in building no. 5 is solid. Excellent cappuccino and expresso Unfortunately, I have two complaints about this otherwise almost perfect resort. The first is that sometimes the drinks from plastic cups taste very chemical (probably too much detergent was added to the dishwasher). The second, more serious, is that as non-Italians we were overlooked in the dining room, and when the staff saw that we didn't have Italian bracelets, they weren't interested in us. Sometimes we didn't even get water. Once, for some reason, one of the waiters made sarcastic gestures at me. I don't know why, I saw it for the first time. I know they mainly do it because the owner is Italian, but I ask the hotel manager to explain to the staff in the dining room that guests and other people are not below human and poor, and perhaps we as Czechs even have a higher average salary than Italians. It's a shame about this thing on an otherwise nice resort, and therefore I can't give a full rating.

A wonderful hotel! Definitely worth recommending. I've been there twice and will definitely return. The friendly and well-kept surroundings, delicious food (there's something for everyone, even the healthy, fit meals), and incredibly friendly service—bartenders, waiters, gardeners, cleaners—literally everyone. The beach is clean and well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, is impeccable. Everyone will find something for themselves here: peace and quiet, a place to exercise, or even just a good time: Sosta and Ziko get the party started. The guys are trying very hard to take care of your well-being . All the entertainment staff are incredibly friendly, but not intrusive. The atmosphere they create is definitely what keeps us coming back. You'll have to go and see for yourself.

We had an unforgettable vacation at Gemma Resort, and the warmest memories stayed in our hearts. Special thanks to the wonderful animation team — Karolina, Kristina, Zeka, Sosta, and Kishe. They didn’t just entertain us — they created emotions, brought us joy, and made us feel like part of a big family. The oriental dance sessions with Karolina were pure magic — every movement, every smile will stay with us. Thanks to them, we didn’t just feel like guests — we felt truly welcomed and privileged. The food was delicious, and the coffee was top-notch. The sea was warm like milk — clear and gentle. The beach was beautiful and well-kept. The hotel grounds were clean, green, and cozy — perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Our room was a bit old, but it didn’t matter — because the most important thing isn’t the walls, it’s the atmosphere. And here, the atmosphere was warm, sincere, and real. A special thank you to Mahmoud — always friendly and caring, who kept spotlessly clean every single day. We sincerely thank Gemma Resort for the warmth, soulfulness, and that special calm that stays with us even after returning home.

Delicious and varied food. The hotel is well-kept, greenery and colorful flowers are pleasing to the eye. The service is nice, smiling and sincerely friendly. Very clean everywhere. Our favorite person - Sosta. The animator is a one-man band, he infects everyone around him with positive energy and smiles. in addition, he has an amazing approach to children - they love him from the first moment. Apart from him, there is Zika and our beloved Karolinka - open and sociable, with their hearts on their sleeves - the right people in the right place make the atmosphere almost family-like

We had a great stay and amazing experiences at this hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious pizza also and the drinks were the same, but what really made our holiday special were the amazing animators led by Sosta and Zika. They are incredibly kind, amazing and talented people who made sure everyone had a great time. We highly recommend this hotel!
