Caribbean World Resort Soma Bay

This hotel complex is massive and from the out side looks as good as the photos. I went there in mid January The mornings and evening were very cold thanks to the wind and low temperatures I initially booked this hotel through a travel agent and was given an economy room. There was no table or chairs in the room and no balcony and it overlooked the restaurant kithcen and was noisy. I uograded to a delux room which had a patio overlooking the pool and had table and chairs inside and out so not too bad. The complex is in the middle of nowhere so nowhere to shop apart from in the complex. Hurghada is 30 minutes away by car They have several restaurants on site but the food all seems to come from the same kitchen as it was all mostly the same dry overcooked food. Their beef stews consist of 90% grissle, the roast beef is like leather, the chicken cuts are mostly bone (god knows what they do with the rest of the chicken) You wont starve but you won't be happy I went on a diving trip with them( my first time ) and was not given enough instructons and just put it water, disaster!! If you like a holiday where you sit by a pool or beach all day and have a grudge against your stomach this is the place for you

We have spent one week in December with my family. My kids are 7 and 9! They loved it. The pool was heated the sea was good too. The food delicious and a lot of choice! The animator team were brilliant they are so friendly! all day and night you find things to do, never bored!

Everything changed the animation team for the first time, lazy careless and disappointed the food variety degraded with limited quality of service also deteriorated .indeed, I will not try it anymore even if there are any offers. conserve your money and go away. Benefits don't match payment .i am completely frustrated

First time in this resort, as well as Egypt, and I can sincerely say that the kindness and positivity of the hotel staff will leave a lasting impact. The rooms are comfy and always clean; the entire resort is beautifully decorated. What really gives the entire place its soul is the animation team though, never leaving you bored or unsatisfied with many activities that'll boost your spirits and make the atmosphere so alive and unforgettable. Loved the time spent here.

amazing stay .. rooma are spacious amd clean with all the facilities you need by ur side. enormously active animation team thanks to all managing directors specially mr mohamed khairy .. mr mahmoud el hemily mr amer and chef shaban in arabian restuarant. chef mohamed and mr ahmed in italian restaurant .. chef hamda in tortuga beach restaurant.

The beach is nice spicily show of foom party ana swimming pool is vey good and the food is vey great and the rooms all times clean and the bar always had anything if i want it and disco had all drink and all people are friendly and kindly and the show was very good

We travelled to the Caribbean World Resort Hotel over the Easter holidays with a group of ten people from Germany. We always had a lot of fun on the beach. Especially with the staff member Eslam Fouad. He is the friendliest and best man in service. He was always in a good mood and always served us our drinks very quickly. Unfortunately, he no longer works on the beach because he is now in the new bar. The service on the beach is generally very good and kept clean. We now miss the best waiter in the Caribbean on the beach. We hope he'll be back on the beach soon. The menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner were also very balanced and healthy. The resort is very spacious and all places are easy to reach on foot. However, a football pitch could be added.

I like this hotel so much, the most i like the sandy beach and the animation team, the people working there are very smiley and nice, this is my dream place and i always love to come back, i will definitely come back with my family in october, we are so excited
