The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Was 5 nights on the 4th night began to drip the ceiling did not solve the problem. The internet worked intermittently. Bar with 100% cocktails. I put 4 out of 5. It doesn’t roll for 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time. We swam with incredible fish. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pools where great fun. Very clean and tidy. The beach was very close by and the snorkeling was first class. The food was tasty and the kids enjoyed it.

First time to Egypt and we stayed at this absolute cracker of a hotel. Checking in was swift whereupon we were assisted by a Porter to our room. The room whilst a little dated was huge and comfortable with a fabulous side view of the sea. We were in block 2, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Food was fabulous so much choice at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although I did find it strange that the waiters wondered around in the morning with freshly squeezed juice that you had to pay for, bizarre when you are on an all inclusive. We mainly had lunch at the pool bar, which whilst not much variety was nice enough. We also took advantage of the free two visits to the al le carte restaurants, and we chose the Lebanese and the Seafood restaurant, just wow food a plenty and really tasty, the Lebanese was the favourite. The hotel and pool area was absolutely stunning and so clean, with all the staff working so hard. If I had to moan about anything it would be the entertainment around the pool was a little too loud, loved watching it all but it could be a little less loud. We would love to return with our family, and are already looking at dates for next year. Yep it up guys absolutely had a fantastic time.

Egypt is as safe as anywhere in the world, you need to be sensible if you go out and about. This hotel is amazing we have been back many times. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept setting the scene for a great holiday. The staff make the holiday they are great. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the food better than many Egyptian hotels, the buffet offered soups,pizza,pasta and salads every meal along with a selection of fish and meat dishes, also a variety of spiced local dishes. All salad fruit washed in bottled water. If you’re there more than a week the dishes rotate so can be a bit repetitive. But with a variety of restaurants to visit the Italian or French were great and we enjoyed the seafood restaurant you can mix it up a bit. Honestly I cannot praise the staff enough. Shame wine is not severed in the upstairs bar and we were told this was considered as it had been raised before. Entertainment can be hit and miss but again it depends what you want. The entertainment staff are great with kids and they looked like they were enjoying themselves. Any issues go have a word and I’m sure the team would want to sort any issues out. Tipping is common place and expected we tipped at the start and at the end of our holiday. English money is as welcome as local currency. There are ATMs off the reception area. The reviews are people’s personal view and we are all different so I would say go enjoy the sun the people and experience a bit of culture. Snorkelling was great but sea was a bit rough as we were there in Feb/ March, so many fish.
