We booked this hotel for 9 nights as a couples trip through easyJet holidays. For anyone else looking to book through easyJet, it may also be useful to know that the airport is only 15-20 minutes away. We declined the airport transfer through easyJet as we did not want to wait around for the shared shuttle and the price for private was £50pp. We booked a private transfer online and paid only £13. Check In: - Hotel staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Super quick and informative check in process. - Kindly had someone take us to our room on a golf cart with our luggage, we were on the first floor and they even carried the cases up to the room door for us Room: - We were room 2160 which is located not too far from the adult only pool. We were really happy with this location. Ahmad was our room cleaner, he was so attentive and helpful. - Minibar was replenished daily with all branded drinks/snacks. We really loved this facility. - Our room was very spacious, clean & modern. It had everything we would need for a great trip. - Aircon works effectively & is very simple to use - Huge balcony with table & chairs to sit at night. Also has a clothes rail attached to the wall to dry swimwear etc - Room was cleaned everyday without fail & fresh towels were left Food & Drink: We stayed All Inclusive, as majority of guests are. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was great, nothing to moan about really. Everything being served was fresh. Had a chef cooking omelettes and eggs how you would like everyday. Pastries, fruit, cereals - the list is endless it offered everything. We personally preferred the late breakfast option at the middle pool bar. They offered eggs cooked to order with sides such as bacon, pastries, fruits etc. Took the rush out of the buffet option, allowed us to have a lie in and eat later whilst also being waiter service. Lunch: We solely ate at the various snack bars, mainly the beach one. The menus are perfect with something for everyone: pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, pastas & more. We didn't feel the need to ever visit the buffet. Dinner: Sadly our evening meals were the main reason this review gets a 4 star instead of a 5. The hotel has 5 a la cartes, we visited 3: Lebanese, Japanese & Italian. The other evenings we weren't at the a la cartes we were either eating out or at the buffet. The a la cartes were disappointing. Not that the food or service isn't good, because it really is amazing, but the menus were containing items you could get most days from the buffet and the snack bars. For example, Italian offered pizza, pasta, soup, steak - all items we had already eaten at another eatery before our reservation. Every night at the buffet was virtually identical. Always 'taste of india', always pasta/pizza/stirfry, always sushi, always shwarma, always soup... it was very very boring. This hotel is stunning. The decor is amazing, it is so clean and peaceful. The staff are fantastic. We loved Raghav, he always cleaned our room with a smile. Ibrahim and Samy in the restaurant made our children feel so welcome. Our favourite person was Ahmed from Diving Centre. We booked many excursions through him and they were all excellent. I would recommend snorkeling and diving. My 4 and 7 year old boys enjoyed going to the mini disco most nights. We had so much fun at the beach foam party, the pool staff made us laugh everyday. Myself and my partner stayed here in Feb 24, we have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide and this is most definitely up there with the best. The Hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and the grounds are kept immaculate. We upgraded to a swim up room and requested to have one that gets the sun and this is exactly what we got. The rooms are lovely and cleaned to a high standard daily. The minibar in room was better than most all inc we’ve been to with a good choice of drinks and snacks and refilled daily. The food in buffet is very good with plenty of choice. The A la carte restaurants are all equally as good as eachother with a good choice and of good quality food. The drinks are very good and as a Prosecco drinker was impressed that this was included in the all inc as many other hotels we’ve stayed this was an extra cost. The staff and animation team are all so friendly and polite. The pool areas are large and sun beds are well spaced out so you’re not on top of eachother. I’m not one for writing reviews but feel this hotel should be recognized for its very well deserved 5 stars ⭐️ We are also not ones for returning to the same place however we had such a lovely holiday we have booked for nov 24. If you’re looking for a relaxing break away with great service food and drink then this is the hotel for you, you will not regret it.

Wonderful experience, beautiful hotel and surroundings, all staff very attentive, special mention to Amoura for incredible food and help choosing from from the extensive menu at evening dinning and also for amazing pool side service throughout the day and lunch Mahmoud is always on hand and Mohamed Sami they both deserve special thanks!! Lovely people

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel and I read reviews of a change in various things so I was slightly concerned. We decided to crack on and continue our booking and we are so glad we did! From the moment we landed everything was a five star experience the food the staff the rooms were second to none There are so many people to mention above and beyond their remit from Ahmed the manager, Samy in the main restaurant and Hesham in the bar through to sayeed, the entertainments manager and Mohammed and Ahmed who were the legends of the adult pool Room was kept spotlessly clean by Farahat Who surprised usWith lovely displays every day. In life, I would say I’m quite demanding and spend a lot of time pointing out things that I would like to improve but I genuinely couldn’t find anything . We had plenty of water plenty of towels plenty of first class pool service and have come back feeling completely relaxed. I don’t normally return to places because there is a big world out there but we will definitely return for a 5th time !

I had the pleasure of staying at the Alcazar in Sharm el Sheikh as part of my first holiday in eight years. As a deeply anxious person I was very nervous but alhumdullilah this hotel exceeded my expectations and any little niggles all went away. The rooms were clean and roomy. We had a deluxe family room with two beds for my daughter and nephew. Bathrooms and housekeeping were immaculate thanks to Ahmed our lovely housekeeper. Special thanks Ahmed! At the pool we had Zeyad and Ibrahim along with all the others who took such good care of the kids in the pool. The choice of pools spoilt us. The quiet adult pool was chill, the middle active family pool was always a hive of activity. The pool next to Amoura restaurant had a relaxed vibe for everyone. Special mention to Abdul Rahman and Saleh from Amoura for being patient with us on our a la carte night. We used buggies due to theheat during the day and our drivers were on time and always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks to Youssry, Mehmoud and Kamil. Sami from Zouraya always made the buffet restaurant easy to use and would have drinks handy at the table ready for you. Thank you Samy. One thing that struck me was the dedication and hard graft of the ground staff,that made our surroundings a plant and tree paradise. In the intense heat,they do a tremendous job and I thank them. I have never seen such loved plants. The birds visiting the feeders were beautiful We did watch a kids show one evening and thoroughly enjoyed a magic act. Entertainment group were always enthusiastic and keen to keep everyone busy. The main reception staff were always on hand to guide us on the very few problems we encountered. The gorgeous scent in the lobby will still not leave me. Special thanks to Nada and Sabrina without whom we would have struggled. Providing us with soup on a day when I had too much sun and could not get up, to recommendations about Oud shops. They were outstanding in their roles. The food was always good and plentiful. Amoura was our favourite a la carte place and is now a highlight of our stay. On Sunday our last day,I made a promise to come again with my partner. I had the most wonderful time and recommend this hotel to everyone
