總體來説非常一般，管理和服務方面可以算最近住過的酒店中最差梯隊了，下面細説一下 好的方面有兩點: 一是前台比較貼心，會主動訊問是否需要多張房卡，也會積極解決問題，唯一的服務分是給前台的 二是衞生方面做得還不錯沒有明顯疏漏，屋子整體乾淨整潔 其他方面幾乎是槽點滿滿: 1.空調質量非常不好，噪音大並且製冷效果特別差，屋子又悶熱，體感特別差 2.隔音做得很不好，外面好像有跳廣場舞的喝酒划拳的還有半夜吵架的？而且隔壁屋子説話和電視的聲音也都聽得到，睡覺被各種噪音打擾，非常煩 3.這種規格的酒店，屋子裡居然還擺共享設備，這種服務質量實在不怎麼樣吧 4.多數設施都很陳舊了，櫥櫃、馬桶、電器很多偏老舊 5.酒店用品選擇得不怎麼好，打理得也不怎麼好，寢具舒適度一般，毛巾雖然吸水快但是體感粗糙，牙刷還會掉毛，紙也會掉毛 6.衹有一台公用洗衣機，擺在公共區域，操作也不方便，洗衣非常不友好 7.洗衣服的時候發現下水管漏水，會有泡泡滲出來 總的來説感覺就是節省成本過了頭，很多東西都是能省就省，能湊合就湊合一下了，酒店本身就是服務業，在這些方面又省不出幾塊錢，還會很大地影響住宿體驗，何必呢 平時住店都懶得拍照，這還是頭一次發現這麼多槽點都氣笑了哈哈哈

房間乾淨整潔，地理位置很好，服務人員也很有禮貌，整體入住很滿意。荔波的人都很熱情開朗，小七孔很好玩水很藍，酒店還特意送了伴手禮荔波米片很入味很好吃，很不錯的貴州之旅

房間衞生乾淨整潔，酒店地理位置也可以，整體很不錯，早餐品種也豐富，原訂花開富貴單間前台也很熱心的升級換為清新標間入住服務人員都很禮貌熱心。

很不錯的入住體驗，很好，荔波小七孔也很美，當地特色菜也很好吃，偏辣一點 也能接受，很好 酒店也很不錯 贊贊 服務員都很熱情禮貌。

酒店整體很好，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度很好禮貌友好熱心，早餐在一樓味道很不錯，很不錯的一次入住體驗。
