衞生：一般，房間裏有味道。
環境：也一般，做為在景區內的酒店，進景區很不方便，錄入人臉，也可要很長時間。
服務：服務很差，所有的酒店，都要在客服中心辦入住，很不人性化，車也不能開到客服中心，有大行李的話，就要搬很遠。也沒有服務人員，或推車。隔日吃早餐，早餐餐廳不是在本棟樓，要進去景區內的隔壁棟吃早餐，跟進景區內一樣，要排隊進去，等很長時間，去吃早餐，有酒店票，都沒特別通道，很不人性化，體驗感真的不知如何形容，以後絕不會來第二次，朋友來，也建議他們不要來了。
設施：設施也不行，晚上還停電，天氣那麼熱，沒空調，跟酒店反映了，也沒一個部長來協調，衹叫個電工過來，電工心，他也解決不了，要找維修工來，一等就是個把小時，也沒有服務説，送清涼什麼的，嚴重影響了出行的心情。

環境：昏暗的燈光，去的時候是下雨天，整個景區的亮化都做的不好，住的這套房子還在最外圍靠山，真像**
服務：去過很多度假景區，對比貴州烏江寨，浙江的烏鎮來説，這一家的服務可以説沒有任何服務，不對比這些大景區，就算對比，前幾天在景德鎮住的200塊錢的酒店也沒任何服務，前台基本的熱水供應都沒有，更別説幫忙提行李這些，一路全靠自己，像住公寓，自助入住，用了這個軟件三年得，第二個差評

房子突出了親子和道教文化主題，房間很深，有各種小朋友喜歡的貼心設施，浴室也很大。除了無窗，整體感覺很不錯，進入景區有vip通道，不用和其他遊客一起排隊，這一點尤其在大客流高峯期間很貼心，省去很多時間。

房間非常大，有一個很大的榻榻米，房間隔音效果不是很好，一大早就能聽到外面的吵鬧聲，晚上辦理入住，正好趕上燈光秀，還有篝火晚會，特別熱鬧
