I don't know how a quasi-four star is rated. The hardware can't reach two stars. Service is even worse. May be affected by the epidemic, there are very few guests. There is only one waiter in the whole hotel, and he can only see it when there are guests. The front desk wrote something to call me. 好在五一假期前帶着父母遊玩天柱山的，提前一天預訂的酒店，當天天氣不好沒有登山，房間佈置與圖片有差別，親子房是1大1小兩張床，實際是3張床，沙發桌椅是沒有的，但實際影響不大，唯一就是隔音不太好，上下樓放水的聲音都能聽的清楚，比較累到不影響了！

離售票中心很近，步行3-5分鐘，對面有不少小餐館。房間如圖，符合它的價位，比較好的是還送2瓶水。不太好的是淋浴頭，不太好用，門不能反鎖（需要修）。
