I am a die-hard Ctrip fan and I will only book hotels on Ctrip. I paid what is called a membership fee. Later, I communicated with their manager, and the membership fee was refunded to me privately. If I were not a regular hotel guest, I would be easily tricked. The ten days I stayed there were during the ***** New Year. On New Year's Eve and the first day of the ***** New Year, the hotel did not send any blessings or warm gestures to guests. I don't think this is a problem for lower-level employees. If the management of this hotel loves its employees and knows how to care for its employees, then the hotel will also cherish the arrival of every guest. I believe that this Qianshan Hotel in Vienna does not represent the overall standard of Vienna, but it does detract from the brand.
