如果不是我自己主動打電話過去，可能房間都沒有了，我預訂的套房説沒有了，降低了一個房型，這也不説話了，大過年的，進到房間，一次性拖鞋沒有，衞生間一股臭味！希望酒店改善！提升服務質量！
