之前住過的星程有小度孩子比較喜歡，所以這次特意選擇了星程但是沒有這個設備，有點失望但是不影響出遊心情。可是衞生間不配備防滑拖鞋就算了，下水道也是堵的，洗澡的時候腳全泡在水裡別提多噁心，地上全是沐浴露特別滑差點摔跤。最最最最最最討厭的是前台藉口幫領早餐券（定的套餐有兩份早餐咱也不知道為什麼還得領）拿着我的手機隨意下載APP並註冊賬號，有毛病吧？在我問她為什麼不經允許擅自下載軟件的時候人家毫不在意的説你刪掉了就好。如果不是我疑問為什麼操作了好久你是不是已經把軟件刪掉了，你業績沖上了自然是無所謂，但是我想請問為什麼不經允許擅自操作別人手機！！！！！還有，回來點評才發現我訂單中是有歡迎水果的，也是什麼都沒看到，請問你是光想着沖業績其它服務完全可以忽略了是嗎，這麼大的酒店就是這樣服務的？

酒店是裝修好的，但是房間一點味道也沒有，房間設施齊全，還有語音控制系統，衞生乾淨，服務貼心，走的時候還給我拿了瓶温水，總的來説真的很棒，跟推薦

酒店的房間看起來乾淨整潔，大廳也很大氣，都是全新的，早餐的麪條好吃，星程的麪條一如既往的美味，洗衣房的洗衣機比別的地方多，洗衣服不用等，這個很贊👍
