房間裏有味道很臭，讓換房間，服務員進來非説沒有味道，又趕緊換了床上用品，就是不給換房間，最後告訴我説沒有房間了，這麼大酒店怎麼有這樣服務人員

酒店差的一塌糊塗，一星都給不了，攜程也不派人現場看看考察一番，20年前的酒店也比這個好，完全無法接受

酒店位置不錯，環境優美，周邊美食較多，非常方便，酒店設施比較陳舊，但比較齊全，衞生狀況一般，停車方便。前途辦理入住效率低下。另外在攜程上預訂的房間，入住時還要繳納按金，我從來沒有遇到過，建議取消這一手續，現在其他酒店基本上都沒有繳納按金的手續了。

暑假期間的安徽各熱門景點都人滿為患，選了祁門縣是少了遊客多了安閑，酒店雖有年代感，但酒店的服務衞生還是不錯，周邊餐飲也很方便，祁門紅茶作為世界三大高香名茶之一，是英國皇室至愛飲品，也是祁門縣的經濟支柱，茶鋪林立，大小茶廠遍佈沿途，除了自然景色美，這也是一大美景。

祁紅國際據説是祁門最好的住宿了，物美價優，房間乾淨舒服，位置方便，早餐非常豐盛，有很多祁門特色點心！旁邊就有一個大型超市，裏面的商品種類太多了，散稱好多零食帶上。也推薦去祁紅國際博物館，4-6月有采茶體驗，講解很棒，增進對包括紅茶在內的茶業歷史文化的瞭解。

設施非常老化，與4星級酒店不符。衞生條件比較差，禁煙工作形同虛設，在客房居然還有煙灰缸（我訂的是無煙客房）沙發麪非常骯臟。環境衞生地面都是雜物總感覺不衞生，電梯裏充滿煙味。服務人員態度生硬，電梯太少造成工作人員和旅客搶電梯。我住過很多4星的賓館酒店，這次是比較差的體驗。
