Hampton by Hilton Stays in Qingdao

I visited Qingdao two years ago, and today I'm staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, which I heard just opened. Overall, it's a great experience. The hotel breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk staff are very helpful, and all the employees are warm and professional. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The hygiene is excellent, and the facilities are all-encompassing. They even upgraded my room unexpectedly, which was a wonderful surprise! 👍👍🌹🌹

Traveling with kids, I usually opt for Hampton by Hilton, and this one at Shilaoren opened last May, so all the facilities are brand new. The staff are very professional and respond quickly to any requests. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but they listened patiently to our feedback and were proactive in finding a solution, which was great. The little souvenir they gave us at checkout was a hit with the kids. The New Year decorations were also a nice touch, making the atmosphere very festive. I hope for another pleasant surprise on our next stay!

The hotel's incredibly thoughtful service and meticulous attention to detail made a lasting impression on us, especially as it was our first time visiting Qingdao. Upon booking, we highlighted our wedding anniversary (a significant occasion) and also mentioned that, due to asthma, a well-ventilated room was needed. To our pleasant surprise, upon arrival, we learned that the hotel had thoughtfully pre-ventilated the room a day in advance. They also arranged a delightful surprise anniversary setup, including fresh flowers and a large fruit platter, and the front desk staff, with their gentle voices, extended their warm anniversary wishes. The room itself was in the familiar Hampton by Hilton style and, as expected, was impeccably clean and hygienic. The cleaning staff were also highly responsive to our needs and incredibly friendly. Our takeaway: We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Qingdao! ✌️

We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal. What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice. The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action. Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant. In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. Traveling to Qingdao from out of town, I spontaneously booked this Hampton. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Chinese New Year, making me feel like I was returning home for the holiday. The front desk service was excellent; a staff member proactively asked if I needed anything since I was staying alone and even offered a free room upgrade. The room itself was spotless, and there were complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge and local calcium milk biscuits in the drawer. The gym had a good selection of equipment, and the laundry room even had a dryer. The business area in the lobby was also very convenient. I definitely give this stay a 5-star rating and hope to experience this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Qingdao in the future.

Super comfy Bed and spacy Room are key highlights in Hampton by Hilton Qingdao Hotel. There is a very good Hot pot Restaurant adjoined to The Hotel. Typical Hampton by Hilton Breakfast is Delicious and well spread . Front office staff very Friendly and Helpfull too.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful from the beginning, specially CL from front desk, who helped to make sure I got the right room. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Housekeeping staff also very friendly.
