住過的最差民宿，可能是旺季不愁沒人來，花了錢也根本談不上什麼服務，所謂豪華房，房間很小，設施簡陋，面積衹有10平方左右，衹有一張小桌放了一個不能正常播放的電視，還有一個小方櫃私人用品都擺放不起，十分擁擠，必要的洗漱用品也沒有，還要樓上樓下跑找老闆要，衞生間有點陳舊破爛，估計衹有1.5平方，淋浴龍頭水很難調到合適熱水，房間隔音很差，夜裡10點半左右有客人入住，還大聲喧嘩，讓人無法入睡，奇葩的是早上4點多居然又有人起床出門玩，説話動靜大，真是無語，希望大家在選擇民宿時要慎重

衞生真的挺好的，毛巾被子都有陽光的味道，離海邊也很近，一直往下走就是了，下邊牆上還有標語😂。水餃和早餐都挺好吃的，量很足

放假乾淨整潔環境安靜二位叔叔阿姨很熱情面朝大海不可以看日出吹海風價位也很實惠有機會再次來青島的一定還入住山海苑
