Romerry Qingdao Hotel(Shilaoren Beach Guoxin Sports Center)

Two points: 1. There was a long hair on a towel. My son and I were the only ones staying, so it couldn't have been ours! 2. Disposable toiletries were not proactively provided!

Absolutely delighted with our stay! We were traveling with our parents and children, and Zoe at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She upgraded us to a suite with a sofa bed and even set it up with special bedding. She also provided extra kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and laundry detergent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We wanted to extend for two more nights, but the hotel was fully booked on the platform due to peak summer season. Zoe went above and beyond by contacting the hotel sales team to secure a room for us at a corporate rate. Her thoughtfulness was truly appreciated.

The hotel environment is great, very close to the beach, making it super convenient to walk and watch the sunrise in the morning. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and the breakfast was abundant. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Qingdao to see the sea. All in all, a great experience!

The overall experience was great. The hotel environment was quiet, the room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was meticulous. They even provided extra bags based on our needs. Jessie Sun at the front desk was enthusiastic and efficient, always addressing our requests promptly. The location is convenient, not far from Shilaoren Beach, the subway station, and shopping malls. The hotel also has its own restaurant, making both travel and dining hassle-free. It's perfect for business trips or leisure travel. Highly recommended!

Jessie from the front desk is beautiful and has a sweet smile. Her service was excellent, and check-in was very quick. We arrived late, and they upgraded our room. The room was spacious and bright with a sea view. The garage floor was level, the lighting was bright enough, and there were plenty of charging stations, which is very convenient for electric vehicle owners. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and our elders were very satisfied. However, for guests who frequently stay in five-star hotels, there's still room for improvement with the breakfast. Overall, our stay was fantastic! 👍🏻

I stayed at Qingdao Yinfeng Yueme with my family, and I have to give a special shout-out to Hong Xinyue. She noticed we had children with us and adjusted her pace, patiently and thoroughly explaining the hotel facilities and breakfast hours, and thoughtfully providing important tips. She was very responsive to our requests, making us feel valued.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and a special thanks to Tina for her thoughtful hospitality. Highly recommended! The room offers great views, and the location is very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is nice, very close to Shilaoren Beach. There are also many other hotels nearby like MGM and Hyatt. They upgraded my room to a quiet one on the second-highest floor, and the soundproofing was excellent. The shower was great too, and the room was very comfortable with strong air conditioning. I'll definitely come back again.

My overall stay was fantastic! The lobby is simply stylish and grand. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and clean, and all the toiletries were provided. Summer was incredibly attentive and patient, answering all my questions. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at all at night. This hotel is perfect for both short trips and business stays. I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended it to my friends!
